ARDIZZONE (Adams), Sarah (1970– ) British translator
from the French. One of the few translators in the Anglophone world with an expertise in working with books for children, Ardizzone is responsible for bringing into English significant work by Daniel Pennac, Timothée De Fombelle, Barroux, Faïza Guène, among others, as well as Joann Sfar’s graphic-novel adaptation of The Little Prince. She has twice won the Marsh Award.
