Oxford Reference Online and the Oxford Digital Reference Shelf have relaunched as Oxford Reference, the new home of Oxford's trusted reference publishing. With new and updated content plus a whole new interface with much-improved linking, navigation, and discoverability, Oxford Reference is the perfect place to start your research journey.
Now with over 2 million entries from 308 titles, over 300,000 brand new Overview pages which provide definitions and onward navigation for every unique term in Oxford Reference, 270 brand new Timelines containing over 9,000 events all of which link to a reference entry, a brand new online-only quotations titles, Oxford Essential Quotations which contains over 12,000 quotations organised by both author and subject.
In addition, a selection of key Oxford titles have been reviewed and updated by the original authors and editors to bring them up to date:

New enhanced linking offers improved navigation between entries on the same and related topics, plus the brand new Oxford Index Underbar offers a free search and discovery service showing links to related content from all Oxford University Press online content. So if you’re searching “modernism” in Oxford Reference, the underbar will draw from a variety of Oxford resources to give you a selection of relevant works, from research guides to critical essays. Click on the arrows located at the bottom of your browser to expand the underbar and see how it can enhance your search experience.
