American designer and builder of several small buildings at Santa Susana, CA, made out of old bottles set in concrete. It was conceived to house her collection of objects salvaged from rubbish dumps, and was surrounded by gardens containing shrines and miniature fabriques constructed of other discarded materials including broken pottery, car head lights, vehicle licence plates, etc.
