All in all Hoez With Attitude (HWA) (‘Baby Girl’ Kim Kenner, Goldie and Jazz) are a tragic concept stretched ever thinner over scuttling Miami-bass rhythms. Emigrating from Chicago to Los Angeles in the late 80s, within a year they had unveiled an album that would sell nearly 400, 000 copies.
