(c. 1748–1828).

English architect. He was District Surveyor of the Eastern Division of the City of London (1774–1828), and Surveyor to The Saddlers' Company (from 1774) and Drapers' Company (from 1797). For The Vintners' Company he designed the almshouses, Mile End Road, London (1802—demolished), and for The Drapers' Company he designed many buildings at Moneymore, Co. Londonderry (1818–23), including the Lancasterian Schools, Inn, Court House, and other structures in the village and elsewhere on The Drapers' Company Estate in Ireland.
