Jammy dodger.

A type of small cake with a jam filling. ‘Dodger’ was originally a US term for a hard-baked corncake, but in the early 20th century it came to apply to other kinds of bread and cake. The origin is probably in a dialect word ‘dodge’ meaning ‘piece’, ‘lump’.
