The following usage reports are available on a monthly basis to subscribing institutions and library consortia:
- Number of Sessions
- Total Session Time (mins)
- Average Session Time (mins)
- Average Pages per Session
- Number of Entries Viewed
- Web Pages Requested
- Number of Hits
- Number of Searches
- Number of Entries reached from Browse
- Number of Turnaways - if a subscription is limited by concurrency, the number of turnaways will indicate how often the concurrency limit has been exceeded and users barred from the product.
- The choice of either displaying reports in your browser, or having them delivered to you in a number of other ways, either to download or email.
These usage stats conform to the guidelines of the International Coalition of Library Consortia
